I got charged twice, which kind of confirmed my worry that the billing process might be a little messy. I reached out and they did refund me, but it took longer than I would’ve liked. In the end it was fixed, but the whole thing was a bit frustrating.

I use AMC Networks regularly to grab movie tickets, and my AMC Networks Stubs rewards have been useful. It’s nice when the points just kind of build up in the background, and I’ve used the rewards on snacks a few times, which always feels like a little win. The app and site can be slow here and there, so whoever runs this really needs to tighten that up, but overall it does what I need. If you go to the movies even once in a while, Stubs is definitely worth having.

The floors weren’t sticky, the seats looked like they’d been wiped down, and even the bathrooms were surprisingly decent for a busy theater. After a packed showing, the staff was already moving around picking up cups and trash, which definitely stood out. I didn’t really think much about it until I sat down and realized I just felt comfortable watching the movie. Easy 5 stars from me...

The auditorium temperature was perfect the whole movie. Not cold, not too warm, just comfortable. Bad timing on my part with the hoodie, but I’m not complaining. It was really nice to sit through a 2-hour movie without thinking about how cold I was.

I had one quick question and support got back to me fast, which I really appreciated. It made planning a movie night way less stressful, and now I’m kind of torn about where I’ll book next time.

I had a good experience at AMC overall. The line was moving a little slower than I expected, but the staff were genuinely kind and helpful the whole time, which made a big difference. amc.com usually has all the showtimes I’m looking for, even the later ones. It kinda makes deciding when to see a movie really easy.

I went to AMC last weekend i was happy with the visit. The restroom was actually clean, which is something I always notice. The floors were dry, the sinks worked fine, and it didn’t have any weird smell. One stall was out of toilet paper, but it wasn’t a big deal overall. I’d definitely come back again for another movie.
